Your accommodation features its own pool, large verandah, fire place and much more.
We are an Eco friendly establishment, endeavoring to reduce our carbon foot print, by using grid interactive solar system, heat pump for hot water and recycling our Grey water.
All linen, bedding and towels are supplied.
There is a LCD TV, DVD player with lots of DVDs to choose from, also a CD player.

Nimbin Guest House with a difference for those wanting to get away from it all - luxury , eco friendly & self contained Nimbin accommodation on the Far North Coast of NSW.
Black Sheep Farm is tucked away at the edge of a rainforest in a secluded valley, close to the Nightcap National Park.
Surrounded by the natural beauty of this region you will find yourself relaxing into the peace and stillness of the forest.
This place is ideal for Families with children, no matter what age. It is safe and the layout suits kids of all ages. The pool of course is secured.
All linen, bedding and towels are supplied.
There is a range of children's books and some toys, also magazines and other reading material.

Our Guest House accommodation rates are the same all year round, no inflated prices during the holidays.

One night for 2 people $195 extra persons $20 each
Weekly for 2 people $1050, extra persons $50 each per week
Children up to two years old are free
Minimum booking during school holidays is 2 nights!
Accommodation is for 7 people at the most.
The Guest House has one queen size bed in the master bedroom, 1 single bed and 1 bunkbed in the second bedroom, and the couch in the living room folds into a double bed.
Two showers and 2 toilets available. Washing machine .

The Cottage, a smaller version of the Guest House
The Cottage with beautiful views
We have also a Cottage available, very cosy and beautiful with polished wooden floors and an amazing view across the Nightcap National Park. The Cottage is FULLY SELF CONTAINED . It has a verandah and a fire place.
It is very secluded and there is a short walk of approx 30 meters.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4 burner gas stove, fridge, microwave (no oven), jug, cutlery, pots and pans and our own handmade pottery.
The bathroom has a shower and hand basin.
The bed room has a Double bed and a bunk bed. The couch in the living room can be made into a double bed. All bedding, linen and towels are supplied.
Next to the LCD TV is a DVD Player with lots of DVDs to choose from, also a CD player.
Internet available on your own computer (wired)
There is a range of children's books and some toys, also magazines and other reading material.
Enjoy breakfast on the verandah, overlooking the spectacular mountains.
Price : $140 for 2 persons per night, any extra persons $20 each per night
Weekly rate is $750 for 2 persons, any extra persons $50 for the week each
Children up to two years old are free
Minimum booking during school holidays is 2 nights!
THERE IS NO SWIMMING POOL OR SAUNA WITH THE COTTAGE .
Ideal for couples, honeymooners or small families.
